Balance is tracked month to date and everyone starts level again on the 1st. Each grader is measured against the lowest month-to-date total; no grader may run more than 200 bags ahead of the slowest. The cocoa week (Fri–Thu) still governs returns, and days are counted into the month they fall in.
Bags each grader must be assigned to draw level with the leading grader on month-to-date totals, so the district finishes the month on the same figure before balances reset on the 1st.
One unique entry per grader per day. Recording again for the same grader and date updates that entry.
Admin only. Grader number must be unique across the district.
Suspended graders are excluded from the balance calculation and cannot receive entries.
Every closed month archived side by side, with each grader's running season total. Days count toward the month they fall in, so a Friday–Thursday week that straddles month end is split across both.
Each closed month with its district total, the widest gap it finished on, and whether it closed level.
Last 8 cocoa weeks — district totals as prepared for Thursday returns.
With sync on, every device shows the same records. Entries made with no signal are held on the device and sent automatically once it reconnects, so graders can record at the sheds. Without sync the app still works, but each device keeps its own separate records.
First time? Follow FIREBASE-SETUP.md in this folder — it takes about ten minutes, once, for the whole district. Then paste the same code on every device.
The official QCC seal is already applied. Upload a different file (PNG, JPG or SVG) only if you need to override it. It is stored with your records and appears in the header.
Records are stored in this browser on this computer. Export regularly to keep a copy, and use the backup file to move records to another machine.
